Freezing rain is the worst. Almost guaranteed to lose power here if we get more than 1/4 inch of ice. It does so much damage. Hope y'all get through it with minimal issues.

Thanks. Calling for another inch. And some wind. There's still lots of broken, but high hanging branches. I hope they get brought down tonight before we go in. Definitely keeps you on your toes and head on a swivel.

Booming thunderstorms this morning, and buckets of rain to go with it.
As soon as the vegetation starts sprouting, we should be out of spring fire season.
Dog is huddling at my feet, feel bad for her today. Made a little lair with her blankie so she can hide.

Apparently we got rocked pretty hard last night with some storms and some tornadoes in the area. Me and my Edibles slept right through it.

Anything is better than that blizzard of stupidity yesterday. Might actually feel like Spring today, so I heard.

No field trip for Dax today as the heavy rains overnight have flooded the ravine area. Poor kid has to actually school today
