High is supposed to be 58 with showers and possible thunderstorms this afternoon. Had beer and a frozen pizza for dinner, it was edible.

Speaking from that nasty habit,I'm betting no way. Being addicted to nicotine is something almost worse than pills. Plus using the patches till was able to smoke one. It's like the worst anxiety and cravings can't imagine. Just hope his back is feeling better,way to early to know until PT.

I'm ok, still sore but less so every day. I didn't give them up, I'm still a nicotine mainliner. I'm supposed to get home health care soon, not sure what they have planned. My Dr. said 6 weeks before doing PT so I guess they'll figure it out. I could use a pedicure since I can't reach my footsies... I quit the opiates yesterday because I can deal with the pain level without them.

I have to get up and wander in the house to get things like food, coffee, and trips to the bathroom anyway so I figure I'm getting some PT already.

My front gutters need cleaned, time to ask the son in law for a favor. There was a waterfall today.
Dr said I can resume aspirins for pain tomorrow.

I have random horses just stopping by. Gotta love life in the mountains. The owner came by a few minutes later and was able to get a rope on it and lead it back home thankfully. Such a gorgeous horse.

I was hoping it would hang out for a bit. All I usually get on camera is fox, coyote, bear and the occasional lost dog. This was a new one for sure.
