I used to collect Hot Sauces & still have about 50 bottles in a storage box (hoarder) that I want to keep/get rid of.

I love some good hot sauce. Had you ever eaten at The Stinking Rose? They had walls of specialty hot sauce at their old Beverly Hills location. Sadly they were a Covid closure, only their San Francisco location remains. They were right by Fogo de Chao which I highly recommend for other reasons LOL

I'm good for sending in a bottle of poison for the contest and watching. LOL chat night with beer, tacos and hot sauce! Although I'd likely participate if we meet up @Pacoson 's for pizza with hot sauce
