I saw on the news that Canada lent us two of those and some dilweed flew a drone into one them and it had to be grounded indefinitely.
JFC right in the leading edge of the wing too! Looks like it took out the de-icing boot. We have the ability to repair it but damn. We need it in the air. My husband immediately started telling me about doing sheet metal repairs during Vietnam with Coke cans but I'm sure he meant Coors cans. Sorry Canada we will fix it before we return it!
PS We'll buy OEM parts or make them I promise no odd looking beer cans will be attached. I'll check on it personally

I remember in the late 70s Coors was considered fancy on the east coast. We drank Rolling Rock or maybe Molsons for a special occasion. Coors cans had distinctive push in opening tabs. I remember not liking those.

I was told coors couldn’t be shipped east of the Mississippi River. My uncle was a trucker and would boot leg some . I don’t know where the truth lands on legal vs illegal but I think it’s what the movie “ Smokey and the Bandit “ was based on.

Coors family didn't distrisbute it east because they used refrigerated trucks and warehouses for distribution, didn't want to build another brewery or refrigerated distribution network. The marketing was based on clean mountain water, not east coast water.
I heard all kinds of other crazy rumors, like it was illegal, or cans would explode crossing the Rockies, or you have to be a Broncos fan to buy it.

I have a couple of DJI drones I bought a few years ago. One is the 248 gram Mavic Mini, the other is the Mavic 2 Zoom. Mine are not new enough for the Remote ID feature however I have registered them with the FAA. I always check the B4UFLY or Airspace FAA apps and never fly around where aircraft could be around. Do not want to be responsible for injury or loss of life. Very useful tools but obviously can be abused or used for nefarious purposes. The Zoom drone can be flown over 5 miles away from operator with a top ceiling of 1600 ft even though the law states not allowed over 400 ft.DJI will no longer stop drones from flying over airports, wildfires, and the White House
