Roasted strawberry gelato for lunch. I'll eat dinner later
Husband wanted more blackberry sherbet, fresh berries
How was it?
Yesterdays finished brisket and baked potato because I had a leftover potato
Plated up, try putting some Tajín on your corn that's how the elote men down here season it although they also put some mayonese and cotija cheese on it. I'll put up a scoop of the raspberry sherbet later.
Unbelievably good, fresh berries OMG so good! I'm looking forward to tasting it today after it tightened up in the chest freezer.

Costco sells huge bags of cubed fresh frozen mango. It's really good I say.
The ease of prep too, prepping all those berries took some time!
