Thank you Thurston, my hub is having to have 9 teeth extracted (TCE and AO) this summer so we are doing right side then left and things will be much easier for him with the ice cream, gelato, sorbetto and sherbet he's going to be consuming. Turns out you can make some wild frozen drinks with this and spin alcohol into your ice cream (I'm investigating that a little more).
It's 1.5 quarts and can spin a bowl in 20 minutes; Lello Musso 4080.

Can you make frozen yoghurt too?
Wine gelato and it was heavenly, I spun it down a little more solid so it was easy to scoop out and it settled into your typical 7/11 slushie. I'm in heaven. Oh and that's @bob bitchen 's wine glass I drink almost all my drink out of! Highly recommend.

Just pulled this off the Traeger. First time I've used a pellet grill and I love the ease of use. It's a lot less smoke then my BGE but so much easier. Here's the entire cooking session showing the full 18 hours if you're interested (the sudden drop off at the end is holding).

18 hrs is a long wait..... how many Lbs. is the roast?
It was 10.5 lb bone in and the bone weighed 5 oz (153 grams) This is 5 lb 11 oz and nothing but the pulled meat.
