I gotta get some meltdown and contribute to this thread. I don't grow so many at a time, and really want the purple pheno that decides to show in couple weeks of flower I believe. Unsure what s1 contain,if that's something re-creating when more are made.Reading about says indica but has Chernobyl genetics, terps lime so limonene in thinking energy.

We had another event the other day. One of the plants did the wilted umbrella thing. I think I figured out why that has happened.
The pot wasn't sitting flat so when I bottom watered it got hardly any water, duh. Everybody is inexorably rolling towards harvest.
I have scheduling issues.
Harvest time is going to be right around when my dad is coming. I'm thinking about turning the lights down to 25% and letting them languish for a couple of extra weeks. Have any of y'all ever done that?

I would think it will make them ripening a lot more. Maybe trichomes will be more amber than wanted but gotta do what is necessary.

I harvested the top half of the Frostzilla last night, some gnarly looking shit. The bottom half is a viney mess but a lot of buds in there. That seems to be a consistent trait of the Frostzilla line. I was going to do the Macaroon x Gazurple also. Instead I clipped one of the middle buds to see how the seeds look, Ripe they look ripe. I put 3 seeds on water to see if they sprout. If they do it's coming down. The plant that had the water issue is going to lose all the fan leaves. They perked up but turned yellow.
Something I suspected but didn't know for sure. So I read an article about it. Once a plant is pollinated it stops stretching. Pollination stunts future growth. Explains why my seeded plants are runts compared to the unseeded plants.
Starting to look kind of scraggly. I flipped these back in mid January.

@Shane Karmann turned out the lights and let the bud dry on the plant.

The sugar leaf tips on one set of buds on the Frostzilla x unicorn poop were turning brown. I picked them to see what was going on.
They were full to bursting with mature seeds. My pollination efforts were successful. I had rubbed a couple of the lower buds with the male frostzilla. Interestingly that plant was one of the most vigorous until I pollinated it. As noted before that stunted it. The two seeded buds had a very robust juncture with the main stem. Kind of explains why it was stunted, that set of buds was stealing nutrients from the rest of the plant to make seeds. And boy did it.

I chopped the Macaroon x Gazurple tonight. The seeds I had put on water sprouted tails. That means we have successfully crossed macaroon gazurple with dancing lime and Frostzilla x unicorn poop with its male version. Still waiting to see on the blue cheese x dancing lime, the gelato 41 x dancing lime and kosher kush x dancing lime.

As mentioned earlier the macaroon x Gazurple plant has been harvested. I got a whopping 19.5 grams of semi-trimmed bud. Of that probably a third is seeds. She was the first female to flower. I pollinated her with a dancing lime which was also the first male to flower. The original macaroon x Gazurple was one of the 2 dollar pheno hunter seeds from NASC. That plant rodelized 3 seeds. The original Frostzilla this plant and the other viney ugly plant were the result. Smoke report, lemon and incense taste, very potent. I am excited to see what the cross looks like.
