Not sure why you keep mentioning hf . But you are right if I saw you break out the hf stuff I would would laugh too, even if it was a shovel.

Been involved with repairing damage after HF fail, the worst was ball allen wrench where the ball broke off in socket head in a un reachable place and we had 15 minutes before a session started.

Garbage tools just make life harder. Unfortunately good tools are hard to come by with trusted name brands selling out to cheap manufacturer processes for profit. Your lucky to have a box full of the old stuff. I’m lucky in that aspect as well. A few years back I had to buy a pitman press and destroyed it on the first ball joint.
