Morning ...

I had not witnessed one single window spider from late May - you know those warmer days with all the flying bugs? 6 have setup shop since Sunday. Do I tell 'em or let them find out on their own?

Happy Mid Term day to those that celebrate.

I’m with @Shane Karmann - a little ‘elevated’ voting feels appropriate.

Did you get a smoker?

Did you get a smoker?

No I'm not sure it's something I'd use.

Training for Thanksgiving! Lovey asked me to smoke a prime rib this week. We have a small 4.5lb we were going to use for Thanksgiving but now we are going to nephew's place instead.
Yum!

Seeing the level of flooding in AZ is wild. I hope all you SW folks are on high ground. They say it's going to be like this for a while.

[Laughing Grass]

If I let a smoker run overnight, I don't think it would be here in the morning.

Yeah the flooding was pretty crazy. The water rescues are standard fare here during monsoons but not the wide spread flooding. We got 1 inch of rain on Friday then dry on Saturday followed by +2 inches on Sunday. For our house to flood would mean all of Phoenix would be under water.

Yeah running loaded smokers smell too good to leave unattended even among family!
