My Team Lead received a report from our ISP that our servers have been misconfigured and we are running into severe memory shortages. "You gotta check this out now and give recommendations!!!!" he said. OK - so I sparked up PERFMON on one of the offenders and I watched it during the BIGGEST server usage spikes of the day - when folks first arrive. The skinny - 64 GB of RAM is allocated and only 17 GB is being used. That leaves 47 GB just playing with itself.
Yet I can hear him now - "But our ISP said ..."
"For thi-is shit ... there's just not enough wee-eed in the world."

Yea, it's hooked pretty deep. It's unavoidable sometimes.
I switched to the mini Gamakatsu egg hooks, seem to get more lip hooks with the shorter shaft.
