AssholesFinished a fine round of golf this morning then went down and snitched to the Director of Golf on some core (2nd generation) members for riding their personal carts wherever the fuck they like. 2 are board members. Note the cart path right behind them. I knew them all when they were kids.View attachment 19436

Don't apologize. That's a heavy load. You know we are all real friends here.I must apologize to everyone for being disengaged or with an unpleasant disposition lately. Treatment for several medical issues became condensed to the last 2 months. I have degenerative joint disease and needed left knee replacement surgery for years. Surgery was scheduled for April but had to reschedule to July due to sinuplasty for months long sinus infection which multiple rounds of antibiotics and steroids failed to correct. Add to that gall bladder pain that became frequent and intolerable. Finally got hit with infected 2 inch cyst on back.
The sinus infection was identified as MRSA and I received an ointment that cleared it up in five days just prior to knee replacement. The gall bladder removal went well but recovery was hell due to bile reflux for three days and lost 20 lbs. Cyst on my back is now on the mend with weekly wound care from VA. They believe that is MRSA as well. My resistance to infection has always been strong so I never had MRSA before and can't wait to rid myself of it now.
I thought knee was healing well but Dr stated yesterday she is concerned I may have a quad muscle tear at kneecap. Ultrasound scheduled to verify. If true this would require another surgery to reattach quad muscle to kneecap.
So it all sounds fixable but will take some time. I am tired of this body now and would like a new one as long as I get to pick the model!
Happy thoughts! Cherish your health for it can go south so easily.
TLDR: Sucks to be getting older. Get off my lawn!
