How are the plants doing? You must be seeing first signs of flower by now.

This is what happens after extreme rain in my garden. It usually happens once or twice during the summer, but this year it's already happened 4 times. I've mounded some wood chips to redirect the flow and it's almost running off in a way that I'd like to see, so a couple more tweaks, I tossed some clover seeds down and hope by the end of summer it will hold the wood chips in place as they decompose and create a natural irrigation and water holding system where the beds wick the water into the root zone.

That’s a big garden!

That’s a big garden!
It started off small... then one day I tasted a store bought tomato compared to a garden fresh tomato, while reading about all the crap in store bought foods and food production... The rabbit hole opened and I fell in, jumped in. This year it only cost about $100 to get it going minus the cost of seeds. This year I plan on saving more seeds and I should be able to keep the cost under $100 from here on out. The goal is less then that including seeds. I'm looking into medicinal herbs to make herbal teas for health, make some refreshing iced teas.
