We had an aircraft that belly landed and it ground off half of one of our antenna's. Before items removed from the aircraft are sent out they have to be tagged as to what the failure is. I wrote "failed abrasion test."After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a "gripe sheet" which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft. The mechanics correct the problems, documnt their repairs on the form, then pilots review the gripe sheets before the next flight.
