Still kinda weird, that was a fresh pineapple yesterday. It's a little chewy, but still has all the flavour. I have to make banana chips now.

Mango nice and ripe! The ones I get dehydrated with no sugar are the best.
I would try that. Getting to teh time of year that what they call fresh isn't so fresh.

College science lab sell offs LOL. But I'd just get the Harvest Right. It's such a good buy and comes with everything you need and you have the perfect space.

Crunchy or chewy?
crunchy with a tiny bit of chew in the center. Next time I do it I'll slice them a little bit thinner. I cut them about 1/8 of a inch thick.
