And nope, I was sleeplessly tossing and turning over this. I bought another, #3, they're just that good, and 15 pounds lighter than the equivalent Diablo panel. Thanks @curious2garden for the extra vip discount code. It was worth 35 bucks in this case.
Horticulture Lighting Group's support is a complete joke. They deserve to go out of business if this is the level of support they provide.

I'd call them and ask what the fuck is up with that. See if they'll pay for your shipping or half of it. If they are paying for customer support they need to know about that clown. I'm so sorry. I think you'd love that light. God knows I would.

Sure, I'll do that Monday. When I called them they custom coated my Veg Pro 250 with a conformative coating after I'd been using it a year. I got a brand new light made especially for me and they paid full shipping both ways! I'll give it a try Monday if LG would like that. Oooh almost forgot about the first time I called them and they had no sale going on but they gave me a 30% off coupon just for me LOL I've had great luck with them.I think YOU should call them on her behalf. I ordered the Scorpion Diablo X
Reached out to HLG to see when my light will ship. Looks like it's going to be three weeks or more for it to ship and that's a guess, nothing concrete from them. They did offer an alternative but it was a downgrade. My only real complaint is they took the entire amount off my credit card knowing that they weren't gong to ship for more than 5 weeks.

Yes they said some part had to go back to a vendor for rework. Better they discovered it before I received it.
