I have never used EC.
Am I correct that using the 500 scale it's 500 x 1.04?

Yeah orchids are something I've never grown because they can be finicky. I just happened to find the right spot with not to much direct sunlight. ThanksThat's a happy plant.
OMG you had so many gorgeous ones!! I've been seeing Dendrobiums at the big box stores lately brought you immediately to mind. That and they are right next to my Spirit Grill LOLThat's a happy plant.
What I do is give just a tiny sip of water like a half shot glass, once a week every week. Orchid fertilizer if have in spring. Then a spot that gets a little sun but bright. It will throw flowers all year for ya. Stupid labels telling you to use ice cubes will kill also.My wife loves orchids. Gets them and kills them somehow. I try to nurse them back, but never with great success. We have one now that is just leaves.......it's surviving but that's it lol

She can try moth orchid kinda looks like one, super easy this one's been for me. Doesn't need direct sunlight just a nice bright spot and humidity doesn't matter with this one either my rh right now in house is 30 gets to 20 alot.Yeah it's the sun, temp and humidity I figure. Right now we don't get actual direct sun till 9am and even then it's diffused through the trees. Then there's the low rh. I can keep the leaves but never had one flower after the first flowers fall off.
Hey one man's junk is another man treasure.I had orchids for years and I let them go a couple years ago. They were taking up too much space and honestly I was tired of them. I make a point of visiting Longwood Gardens every few years. They probably have the best orchid collection in North America in an enormous glass conservatory. If you haven't been there I recommend.
It's beautifully warm today and I'm loading a dumpster with a lot of grow memories lol. HID hoods, some clapped out flood and drain sets as well as old rotten wood and general.basement bullshit. Listing stuff on a local curb alert email list as I go and people are stopping to eye my pile.View attachment 465
View attachment 464 Going to sell my drywall jack and a router table that's just taking up space since my table saw sets up for a router too.
yea those drywall hangers are nice! Doing it all day not so much.Yeah when I saw that drywall lift I thought, oooh I'd take that LOL.Hey one man's junk is another man treasure.yea those drywall hangers are nice! Doing it all day not so much.
It only cost $145 on Amazon. I used it for a couple weeks. Way better than renting some half broken thing from the rent n save. Some local handyman will snatch it up for $80Yeah when I saw that drywall lift I thought, oooh I'd take that LOL.

London City genetics Blockbuster. My humidity is very low, under 20% and my poor little humi couldn't keep up so I brought out the big boy. I also turned it down to 50%. I'm trying to keep my humidifier running with water from my dehumi in the multi room LOL so it's a balance! Now back to my tankless water heater shenanigans. I'd hoped to have her finished today but my concentric vent termination kit arrives today not Saturday as I'd hoped. So I should have hot water this evening.
As an aside it's been a long time since I had to flush a toilet with a 5 gallon bucket of water. I forgot how much they weighed. But this is why I have a 26k water storage pool in my backyard, lol
Here they are so you can actually see them. I love that light's pink hue, nothing like it. The plants are so happy under it just got done with their IPM spray hence why they are a bit bent outta shape
