I think so. Just prepping a res requires so much less stirring. It also seems a bit more stable than maxi. I haven't had to add pH down after the original dose. Maxi I would have to lower pH once a week or so which is not an exact process, takes time to stabilize, etc

I don't have room for one more plugged in device! And I have a bluelab truncheon for stirring! And I prep my res in one container then pump it into the real res. It's definitely well stirred after that!
