I have a whole plant. It was just a twig 2 years ago and it struggled almost down to its last leaf but it took off this winter under the ac infinity glowup. Now it should get sidebranches.

I fn bought a rooted twig off Amazon. Let me see if I can root the top I cut. It's in a glass of water now, looking happy af.

Once you rub a leaf it's instant recognition if you ever had it. I grew up on it.

so its like one of those situations.... trying to think..... how theres curcumin and tumeric. curcumin is technically tumeric, but tumeric is not curcumin, it just contains some curcumin.

Curry powder is an English attempt to replicate authentic Indian flavors. It's mostly turmeric and cumin. Curry leaf is distinctive, a roasty deeply savory oily flavor. A couple of them in scrambled eggs is magical.
