I'm trying to stay up lol gotta eat and then I'll get on.
Coconut curry chicken on rice.....smells amazing!
I grilled a NY strip steak using my new Meater thermometer. Totally happy with that experience. Shallot compound butter, wilted spinach and half a baked sweet potato. Ice cream and FD strawberries. I'm ready for chat!
