"Come in, Come in, From thin and wicked prairie winds come in". Hi, welcome to my basement grow. It's pretty chilly so stick close to the lights. I thought I would share my perpetual 3x3 for anyone interested. I've been on a long journey growing multiple strains for my wife who suffers from CRPS. I always try to keep a bit of variety in my limited grow space to see what works best. I've done a ton of auto's, but the last year I've been exclusively photo period.
I guess I'll start here with Peyote Wifi that I just harvested today. She's a sticky one. I let this go for about 9 weeks. Look out for a ton of stretch in flower. You will need a plan to support the buds on this one. The stems are very flimsy, I'm guessing due to the crazy stretch in preflower. The node spacing wasn't great, but not horrible either. The trichomes however, they were something else. Trichomes stacked on trichomes. Even the fan leaves were covered.
Peyote Wifi (White Fire x Peyote Purple)
Next up is Super Kush. I harvested this one last week. Today is Trim day. I won't lie, I try to avoid that shit as much as possible. I'd rather chew my arms off. But I trimmed an ounce out of 4. I think that's plenty for a guy who doesn't smoke. This plant was pretty awesome to grow, a little nitrogen fussy but that's it. It truly is as advertised, a "7 week plant". Even at six weeks I was thinking maybe. Super big, well stacked and dense buds. If you're growing for profit I would say this one's a winner. As for "bag appeal", I'm sure the average person wouldn't turn it down, but I don't think it has that "wow factor". I don't really have to worry about that anyway, I don't have anyone buying my weed lol. I'd try selling it to my 27 year old son, but he thinks I'm like Costco, "Samples pls Dad".
