Important Reminder:

If location services are enabled on your device, anyone who downloads a photo may be able to see the location where it was taken.

To protect your privacy, I strongly recommend disabling this feature.

For iOS:
  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
  • Select Camera, then choose Never.

For Android:
  • Open the Camera app.
  • Tap the gear icon to access Settings.
  • Scroll to the General section and turn off Location tags.
(Note: These options may also appear under More settings, depending on your device.)

Not to burst any bubble but has anyone checked the file size after you removed that data?
Normally the owner can set the attribute not to show are you sure it removes it from the file?

could always use a hacked device and spoof your gps location so it gives incorrect exif data. however this would likely require a jailbroken iphone or a rooted android device. if i were to suggest amusing locations for your fake exif data i would suggest that pub in ireland where google street view could never get a good photo because the guys out front would always moon the car as it went by :eyesmoke:
